Took my wife here today for a evaluation and root canal, she has been in a lot of pain. The receptionist was very helpful with my Deltacare plan, Delta had my plan all screwed up. The wife was very pleased with the work done because her other dentist kind of left a few problems. It's nice to see someone dedicated to there work. That kind of hard to find nowdays. I think we need to find a new general dentist. Very clean office something we don't see at our other dentist. Time for a change.

While getting a root canal might not be tops on anyone's list of favorite activities, everyone at Napa EndoCare made it as pleasant as possible. The reception staff is so great...friendly, welcoming, accommodating regarding scheduling. And Dr. Tigrett was excellent. Very thorough in his explanations of what he was doing, attentive to whether I was comfortable, quite gentle throughout the procedure. He told me what to expect in the following few days, then they called the next day to check on how I was. Truly top notch...all of them.

About 21 hours ago I had a tooth problem, most likely a root canal was need per my everyday Dr. who recommended an evaluation by ModernEndo. Dr. Tigrett took xrays, taught me all about root canals & teeth in 45 minutes, then asked what did I want to do. I said fix it. They turned the music on & about 90 minutes later I was fixed. Had dinner 2 hours later. Absolutely no pain during the procedure, one Advil before bed & a good nite sleep. Today I received a phone call to see how I was doing, I said great but wished I didn't have to wait for the finishing touch. She then moved my follow up appointment by a week. I don't want another root canal but when I do need one ModernEndo of Napa will be getting a call from me.

Some 52 years since my last root canal and what a difference! Dr. Tigrett and staff made this experience totally different from my previous experience. I am still not a fan of root canals, but if you need one this office is definitely a good place to go.

Dr Tigrett and his staff made an otherwise potentially terrifying procedure tolerable and safe for me. Root canal sounded so frightening and looked so deep on the internet- I was very nervous. From start to finish, however, being at this dental office proved disarming for me in that the staff were so kind and personable, and Dr Tigrett himself had very steady hands and a confident and considerate manner that put me at ease. So grateful!

I will start by saying I am a huge whimp when it comes to dental procedures. Danni was great on the phone, and got me in to see Dr. Tigrett the same day I called. The entire staff was great. Dr. Tigrett was thorough and compassionate. I loved this team and would recommend to anyone needing a root canal in the valley!!

Great office staff - friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Tigrett does a fantastic job - after three visits to finish up a root canal, he still managed to relax me to the point of nodding off during the procedure. No white knuckles on my part. I would recommend anyone who has a fear of dental procedures to visit his office. I had some discomfort after the first procedure but next to nothing after the next two - the trick to less pain is to take a pill before the injection wears off.

I was sent to Napa Endo Care by my dentist, seems I needed a root canal. They were so great, from the moment I phoned and made an appointment to when it was over, I was treated so well, by the entire staff. This was my first root canal, all I had heard was how painful they are. Well, I felt no pain! I was made comfortable throughout the entire time. I also received a phone call the next day to check up on me, so thoughtful. Thank you!

Dr. Tigrett and his staff are wonderful - they explain the procedure and give alternatives; they allowed me to make the decision about my health and tooth. The procedure was done in two steps and I was treated compassionately every step of the way - and I was called the next day to make sure I was doing okay and had no issues or questions. I would highly recommend this group to my family and friends.

Dr. Tigrett, his assistant Maria and staff were all wonderful to me. I am terrified of the dentist, but not with this team. I did not experience any pain, I was pleasantly surprised how easy this process was. So if you have to get this done look no further they are the best. I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Tigrett and the entire staff. Root canals are hardly something to look forward to, so I approached the whole experience with some dread. But everything was well-explained and everyone was so cordial that, if I had to have another such procedure, the only place I would considering going is NapaEndoCare. They are great!!! From the receptionist to the doctor. The receptionist was able to get a next day appointment for my little brother. Everybody there was great. what a fantsatic group of proffesionals. from the doctor to the front office. i needed a emergency root canal . the doctor and his assistant plus the front office came in an hour early monday to get the procedure done. i would highly recommend this office for your endocare needs they went above and beyond to take care of my needs. i thank all of you so very much.
